Thank you for a being an Envision Pro and creating unique outdoor living spaces for your clients. This 2024 Pro Rewards Program (the “Program”) provides our most valued business partners with incentives on qualifying purchases of Envision products. Participate in the Program to earn a rebate on this year’s purchases. Please contact your Envision Regional Sales Manager with questions regarding this Program.

How to Participate:

• You (the “Pro” or “You” or “Your”) must be registered in the Envision Pro Program. The registration application can be found at envisionoutdoorliving.com/pro.
• To receive credit for purchases that are eligible for the Program, the Pro must submit invoices along with Pro Rewards Documentation at the end of each calendar quarter via email to: rebates@envisionoutdoorliving.com.
• Envision Outdoor Living Products (“Envision”) will pay any earned Pro Rewards rebates at the appropriate tier in the chart below by check within 90 days following the end of calendar year 2024.
• This Program is subject to the Program Conditions described below and Envision’s Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference, provided that the terms of this Program shall govern in the event of any conflict with the Envision Terms of Use. Such Terms of Use can be found at envisionoutdoorliving.com/terms-of-use and are subject to change without prior notice from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing Envision’s Terms of Use throughout your participation in the Program.
• This Program replaces the Decking Dollars program, which was available in prior years.

* All Envision products are included in this Program.

** Rebates are calculated by multiplying the total amount of the Pro’s purchases from Envision in dollars during calendar year 2024, exclusive of taxes, fees, and freight/delivery charges, by the applicable tier’s percentage. For example, if you purchase $50,000 of Envision products (subject to the exclusions above) during calendar year 2024, the Gold Pro (4%) rebate would apply, for a total rebate of $2,000.

***Any Co-Marketing funds not used by 9/30/2025 will be forfeited. 

Program Conditions:

• You must complete your registration found here envisionoutdoorliving.com/pro before you are eligible for rebates under this Program.
• You must submit all invoices reflecting your purchase(s) of Envision products within 15 days following the end of each calendar quarter (i.e., within 15 days following March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31). Envision shall have no obligation to pay rebates in the event that you do not submit one or more invoices as required in this Program or if you submit any inaccurate reporting.
• You are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of any Pro Rewards documentation, invoices, and other statements submitted to Envision. Any breach of this obligation relieves Envision of any obligation to pay any rebates to the Pro for purchases indicated by the documentation, invoices and other statements presented by the Pro, and Envision may pay or withhold payment in its sole and absolute discretion.
• You shall indemnify and hold Envision harmless from and against any losses incurred, related to, or arising out of any information submitted in your Pro Rewards documentation, invoices, and other statements, including, but not limited to, any costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees reasonably incurred by Envision.
• You and Envision agree that any and all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to this Program shall be submitted to JAMS, or its successor, in the State of Missouri for final and binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS in the State of Missouri pursuant to JAMS’ Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. The parties further agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis, and that this Program does not permit class arbitration or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative arbitration proceeding. The arbitral tribunal may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
• All issues and questions concerning the application, construction, validity, interpretation, and enforcement of this Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction).
• The parties acknowledge and agree that (i) this Program is exclusively for the benefit of businesses rather than consumers, (ii) both Envision and the Pro are businesses, and (iii) in any event, the parties waive any rights and remedies under any applicable consumer protection and consumer disclosure laws.
• You may not participate in more than one Envision rebate program during the same calendar year even if otherwise eligible for more than one rebate program. After you have registered for one Envision rebate program during a calendar year you may not register for a different program or switch programs during that same calendar year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Pro eligible to participate in the Envision 2024 First Time User Rebate may register for and participate in that program and this Program simultaneously. Products applied to First Time User Rebate are not eligible for Pro Rewards Rebate, but will apply to total amount purchased for the year ranking status (Pro, Gold Pro, Platinum Pro).
• Any modification to this Program must be in writing and duly executed by the Pro and by an authorized representative of Envision.
