With more than 20 years of manufacturing quality outdoor living products, we hope that every experience you have with our products and our company is a great one. In the unfortunate exception that you experience a manufacturing defect with your Envision decking or railing products, we offer a limited warranty with every Envision decking or railing purchase.
Limited warranties exist to give consumers important information as they make buying decisions, knowing that if they purchase a product and it is determined to have failed within a set timeframe due to a manufacturing defect, they can learn what remedy they can expect to receive.
There are many reasons why outdoor living products fail and unfortunately most are beyond Envision’s control; however, you can learn more about how Envision’s limited warranties work including Envision’s Full Start warranty period available on select products in our FAQ section on this page. To check the status of an existing claim, please send an email to warranty@envisionoutdoorliving.com with the following information and an Envision Warranty Services representative will respond with your claim’s current status:
- Address of property with an active Envision warranty claim
- Legal name of one of the property owners listed in the active Envision warranty claim
- Envision-issued warranty claim number

Limited warranties exist to give consumers the information needed to make the best product purchasing decisions for them. Limited warranties are available online and in brochures to enable consumers to compare different manufacturers’ limited warranties prior to making their purchase. In general terms, a limited warranty provides an established manufacturer remedy for eligible consumers in the unlikely event the product has a manufacturing defect. Limited warranties notify consumers of conditions, restrictions, and exclusions of coverage under the limited warranty.
To take advantage of Envision’s limited warranty coverage, consumers must start a claim with Envision within 30 days of discovery of the issue and must follow Envision’s established claim process, completing the items that are the property owner’s responsibility and making their deck and/or rail accessible to an inspection, if requested by Envision.

Proof of Purchase (only 1 required)
- Photograph with Envision product identification lot code or end tag attached to the product
- Invoice from dealer or retailer; or
- Contractor invoice showing Envision product listed
Photos
- Minimum of 4 photos showing condition of concern
- Panoramic photo of entire deck or project
- A photo of the end of a deck board
Date of Installation
Contractor Information (if applicable)
Date Code if available; can be found on the bottom of the deck board
