Promotions include two new positions as the company undergoes growth in the decking and railing markets.

MOUNT JOY, PA – November 4, 2022 – Envision Outdoor Living Products, manufacturer of Envision composite decking and Fairway deck railings, has promoted three of its internal team members to new leadership positions. The changes come as the company continues to experience steady growth while remaining focused on high product quality, ongoing product development and innovation, increased manufacturing efficiencies, and reliable customer service.

“For the second time this year, Envision Outdoor Living Products is responding to times of exciting change and growth by elevating internal staff to both existing and new leadership positions. That we are able to make these changes from within our ranks is a testament to the talent and commitment of our team members as much as it is a reflection of the company’s strong position in the industry,” said Shara Gamble, President of Envision Outdoor Living Products.

The three promotions comprise:

Rick Gebhart was named Director of Business Process and Development. In this newly developed role, Gebhart will be responsible for national and builder account management, sales programs and support processes, customer account management, and logistics support. He also will direct Envision’s customer experience team, as well as provide guidance and support to the technical services, product development, and warranty services departments. Gebhart joined the company in 2015 as Decking Territory Manager and has since earned successive promotions including Western Decking Sales Manager, National Accounts Manager, and Senior Director of Sales.

Kyle Warwick has been promoted to the Director of Sales for Envision Outdoor Living. His core responsibilities will include designing and executing tactical sales strategies, developing and enhancing relationships with customers, and leading efforts to cultivate the Envision culture throughout the sales organization. Warwick joined Envision in 2019 as Territory Manager and in 2021 was promoted to Central Valley Division Manager/Fastener Product Manager.

Craig Barkume has been promoted from Quality Assurance Administrator to Business Process Manager. In this newly created position, he will lead innovative solutions in Envision’s product development efforts and oversee the customer experience team, while continuing his work in code compliance, product development, and technical services. Barkume joined the company in 2004 as a member of the inside sales team and has earned several promotions during his 18 years at the company.

The inspiration for Sandstone and Alpine Fog came directly from our customers, who were increasingly requesting lighter colors, especially gray. DOUG JERRY JOINS ENVISION OUTDOOR LIVING PRODUCTS AS DIRECTOR OF MANUFACTURING

An experienced building products leader, Jerry will direct operations at Envision’s three production facilities.

MOUNT JOY, PA – September 06, 2022 – Envision Outdoor Living Products, a leading manufacturer of high-performance composite decking, railings, and accessories, has hired Doug Jerry as Director of Manufacturing. In this new position, Jerry will lead all three of Envision Outdoor Living Products’ U.S. production facilities located in Mount Joy, PA and Lamar, MO. He will coordinate and direct operations, engineering, maintenance, and reliability teams to ensure consistency across facilities as well as implement best practices to continually improve production capabilities, safety, quality, profitability, and customer service.

Jerry brings extensive expertise in the building materials industry, having served in multiple positions at TAMKO Building Products facilities since 2006, including Senior Line Manager at the Phillipsburg, Kan., plant; Operations Manager in Frederick, Md.; and Assistant General Manager in Knoxville, Tenn., and Joplin, Mo. Prior to his work in the industry, Jerry served as a medical officer in the U.S. Army for five years, completing tours in Korea, Europe, and Iraq.

“Doug’s management experience, both in the military and in building products, will be a tremendous asset to our manufacturing operations as we continue to strive for consistency, quality, and efficiency,” said Shara Gamble, President for Envision Outdoor Living Products. “As a member of our leadership team, he bears responsibility for driving Envision’s culture in our manufacturing facilities and will focus on cultivating healthy, high-performing teams for smooth, effective, and efficient manufacturing operations.”

Jerry holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Arkansas. He will operate from Envision’s composite decking manufacturing facility in Lamar, MO.
