Once Envision receives the required information to start your claim, your claim will be processed as quickly as possible. If additional samples, photos, documentation or information is needed to process your claim, an Envision Warranty Services representative will communicate with you to let you know what is needed to complete the claims process
How do I check the status of a claim?
To check the status of an existing claim, please send an email to warranty@envisionoutdoorliving.com with the following information and an Envision Warranty Services representative will respond with your claim’s current status:
- Address of property with an active Envision warranty claim
- Legal name of one of the property owners listed in the active Envision warranty claim
- Envision-issued warranty claim number
