MOUNT JOY, PA – October 1, 2024 – Envision Outdoor Living Products, manufacturer of Envision composite decking and Fairway deck railings, has welcomed Brad Wallace and Rick Kitashima as Regional Sales Managers in the Great Lakes and Northwest, respectively.

Brad Wallace is the new Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes Region, covering Illinois and Wisconsin; replacing Joe Stubler who was recently promoted to Division Manager. Wallace has nearly 30 years of building products experience. He holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Wallace will be responsible for growing Envision’s strong presence across the Great Lakes region by engaging with distributors, dealers, contractors, and homeowners.
Rick Kitashima was named Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest, serving Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. With an extensive sales career focused on skylights, railing, decking, and more, Kitashima has successfully built relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and homeowners across the Northwest. He will be responsible for expanding the availability of Envision products and engaging customers to drive pull-through sales throughout the region. He holds a Business Administration and Management degree from Colorado State University.
